Enjoy canoeing the Mulberry River,
hiking the Ozark Highlands trail, and bass fishing in the Arkansas River all in Ozark.
East Side Park on the east side of Ozark borders Gar Creek, an inlet of the Arkansas River. Picnic tables, play ground equipment, lighted tennis courts, boat launch, and good fishing sites are available.
You can support the Ozark American Legion by renting booth space for Bargains Galore on 64 in shady East Side Park, at the waters edge, close to downtown and restaurants. Booth space rents for $30.00 for all three days, individual days are $15.00 per/day. With electricity, $45.00 for all three days, individual days will be $20.00 per/day (subject to availability). These spaces are limited, so you must reserve your spaces early.
